Each child is required to have an assessment done either personally or by video before they are placed in a class. Some children will not automatically fit into a 3-6 class or a 7-14 class even though they are in the age bracket.

The arrival date is the Sunday prior to the start date, between 2:00pm and 5:00pm.
The departure date for Children's CE is Friday afternoon.
The departure date for Adult CE or Hbot without CE is Saturday afternoon.
